Tender Details

With the help of an appropriate market consultation, the public contracting authority determines the technological level of the products available on the market and compares it with the required parameters of the contracting authority in order to correctly specify the subject of the contract, so that the subsequent public procurement ensures maximum transparencyand non-discrimination.

Since the order will be implemented on the existing public lighting system, part of the required parameters and functionality of the equipment is determined by the existing technical and software equipment installed in the system. The key element of the system is its management and monitoring carried out by Mrthanks to intelligent switchboards that communicate bilaterally via the existing power distribution (PLC) with lamp controllers connected to the lamps. In this way, the system purposefully avoids air-borne signals between these devices and uses a more economically advantageous cable communication modeli. In order to achieve even greater energy efficiency, the contracting authority is interested not only in the replacement of older lamps with discharge lamps and older switchboards without control, but also in the addition of new SMART elements with functionalities that can be used by the existing control and monitoring system of the public axis systemvetlenia.
