This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation: This solicitation is a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The procuring agency intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for the procurement, delivery, and installation of a complete, turnkey Audio-Visual (AV) system.
Contract Type: This is a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) procurement.
CLIN Structure:
CLIN 0001: INIC Turnkey Audio-Visual System. Quoters shall provide a firm-fixed-price for all hardware, materials, and incidental services required to deliver and install a complete and functional AV system in accordance with the Purchase Description below.
