(b) Member of the Republic of China Engineering and Technology Consultant Commercial Association Association,

c. Legal person institution:
Establish a license or certificate.
(2) Foreign manufacturers: same as domestic manufacturers, but the membership card can be attached after winning the bid.
3. Remark: In case of discrepancies between the Chinese version and this English translation, the Chinese version shall prevail.
