INVITATION TO BID FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF HEALTH CENTER (INCLUDING ESTABLISHMENT OF HALFWAY HOME), MUN. HEALTH OFFICE,

1. The Municipality of Miagao through the Budget for the Contract Approved by the Sanggunian, Account Number 4918(1)-1-07-04-030, Budget Year 2018 intends to apply the sum of P 329, 800.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Materials and Supplies for the Improvement of Health Center (Including Establishment of Halfway Home) Mun. Health Office, Brgy. Guibongan, Miagao, Iloilo. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

Delivery of the Goods is required fifteen (15) calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed within twelve (12) months, a contract similar to the Project from the date of submission and receipt of bids. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary -œpass/fail- criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the -œGovernment Procurement Reform Act-.
