This term of reference is developed to select an implementing partner to:Provide Core skills training Generate your Business (GYB), Start your Business (SYB), Financial literacy using ILO tools, and life skills as well as Think.COOP training to 200 returned migrants in Mombasa County. The Think.COOP training will also be extended to 611 previously BRMM-supported beneficiaries.Establish a returnee Saving and Credit Cooperative (SACCO) in Mombasa County for interested 200 returnees that have undergone the training and for previously BRMM supported 611 beneficiaries. This will include setting up systems and structures including governance frameworks and operational procedures, providing training for the leadership and providing seed money to kick start the operations. This will help returned migrant workers have access to a revolving loanable fund, which will be sustained through member savings and repayments, as well as providing relevant BDS support to ensure effective utilization of the funds.Facilitate cash transfer for 200 vulnerable returned migrants to sustain their immediate financial needs while they are supported to reintegrate into the labour market.Provide gender relevant vocational and technical skills training for at least 50% of SIYB trained returned migrants to equip them with technical skills and knowledge to enhance their employability and enable them to secure sustainable wage employment or effectively manage or expand their businesses.Provide Business Of...
