UNFPA requests the provision of a service for the implementation of the training process for youth promoters and adults in education, comprehensive health and life skills in the province of Misiones. The organization is expected to develop two training processes simultaneously: one for adolescents and young people from 14 to 24 years old, and another for adults from 25 years old (community leaders, adult leaders, teachers, among other profiles). Training cycles They must include theoretical modules on topics of interest (sexual and reproductive health, mental health, prevention of violence including violence in digital environments and sexual abuse in childhood, rights of adolescents and young people, skills for life, comprehensive sexual education) combined with training in soft skills such as teamwork, public speaking and leadership, as well as training in tools for the multiplication of knowledge and holding workshops.
