Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Implementation of a National Awareness Campaign on Bush Control and Biomass Utilisation in Namibia.

The Ministry of Agriculture. Water and Forestry (MAWF), in partnership with the Deutsche Gesellschaft fur
Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, currently implements the Bush Control and Biomass Utilisation
(BCBU) Project.
The overall objective of the BCBU Project is to develop strategies and measures that effectively address bush
encroachment, with an emphasis on creating value addition opportunities The project works with government
institutions, farmers’ organisations, private sector and communities, assisting in developing capacity and
sharing knowledge on bush control.
Considering the above, GIZ on behalf of the BCBU Project is hereby inviting eligible and professional
companies with relevant expertise and strong focus on environment and international development in
communications to submit their proposals for the performance of the following services:
