IMPLEMENTATION OF GARDENING WORKS RELATED TO THE MAINTENANCE OF GREEN AREAS IN AREAS MANAGED AND ADMINISTRATED BY THE MUNICIPAL INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT BOARD IN SŁUPSK. 1. The subject of the order is the implementation of gardening works consisting in maintaining greenery existing and introducing new assumptions/compositions in areas managed and administered by the Municipal Infrastructure Board in Słupsk, depending on current needs. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in the SWZ together with attachments. 3. The procedure is conducted in the form of an open tender referred to in Art. 132 of the Act of 11/09/2019 Public Procurement Law. 1. The subject of the order includes in particular: 1) planting city flower beds, vases and urban pots (including hanging ones) using seasonal ornamental plants along with plant care throughout the growing season by watering, fertilizing, weeding, removing faded inflorescences, trimming plants depending on from needs and their liquidation after consultation with the Ordering Party, 2) installing bags for watering trees and filling them with water and watering plants in accordance with the art of gardening in the event of a long-term drought, 3) fertilizing plants, 4) use if plant protection products against diseases and pests are necessary, 5) replacing damaged stakes and elastic ties or removing them, 6) protecting plants against winter and the effects of weather...
