Dear bidder, The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person to carry out work on the design, development and implementation of the digital components of a training of trainers course for INADEH (Panama), ensuring consistency pedagogical, usability, accessibility and relevance for implementation in virtual and hybrid environments. The consultancy, under the technical supervision of ILO/Cinterfor, will be responsible for the development of the virtual learning environment and the components e-learning of the course, as well as the technological support during its implementation, ensuring a coherent, accessible training experience aligned with the pedagogical approach of the project.
