The contracting authority, according to the negotiations in accordance with the (Article 47 of Public Procurement, Public Procurement Act), award the subject of the public procurement "conceptual project: professional guidelines with the plan and estimate of the costs of the gradual closing of the Velenje Coal Mine". The subject of the contract includes the preparation of a conceptual project, which will be the basis for the preparation of mining technical documentation, which will be drawn up on the basis of the Mining Act for the needs of the gradual closing of the Velenje Coal Mine.
