1. The LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES (LANDBANK), through its 2024 Corporate Operating Budget approved by the Board of Directors intends to apply the total sum of Thirty Six Million Pesos Only (Php36, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the LANDBANK Omni-Channel Digital Marketing Platform Inclusive of Three (3) Years Software Subscription, Maintenance Services and Cloud Hosting with Project Identification Number LBP-ICTBAC-ITB-GS-20241107-03. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
