The Southern Philippines Medical Center, through the Specific Budget of NGAs / Funds for the Calendar Year 2022 intends to apply the sum One Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 1, 200, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the REAL EAR MEASUREMENT, HEARING INSTRUMENT TESTING, VISIBLE SPEECH MAPPING & AUDIOMETRY.
1. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Southern Philippines Medical Center now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by September 28, 2022 or 90 Calendar Days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
