SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND TESTING OF ONE (1) UNIT DIGITAL ELECTROENCEPHALOGRAPHY (EEG) MACHINE
IB NO. 26-117
1) The National Kidney and Transplant Institute, through the Corporate Operating Budget for CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 3, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Testing of One (1) unit Digital Electroencephalography (EEG) Machine. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The National Kidney and Transplant Institute now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least Three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
