The Department of Health Eastern Visayas Center for Health Development, through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Seventy-One Thousand Philippine Pesos (Php2, 571, 000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Early Procurement Activity (EPA) for the Procurement of Antihyperlipidemic Medicines under IB No. 2025-135. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically be rejected at bid opening.

The DOH-EVCHD now invites bids for the Early Procurement Activity (EPA) for the Procurement of Antihyperlipidemic Medicines using provisions under Republic Act 12009. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 Calendar Days upon receipt of approved Purchase Order and Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
