INVITATION TO BID FOR
Procurement of Goods [Operational Tent]
(Rebid)
The City Government of Tagbilaran, through the Appropriation Ordinance No. 19-05 for FY 2020, intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Pesos only (Php8, 000, 000.00)being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IB No. 2003-206. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected.
The City Government of Tagbilaran now invites bids 1 set Operational Tent (Ambulatory Deployable Rescue Command Center) with Solar Power System Equipment and Accessories included (see attached specifications)for the CMO (CDRRM), Tagbilaran City. Delivery of the Goods is required within 90 Calendar Days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders must have completed, within 24 months from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section 11, Instruction to Bidders.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive procedures using a non-discretionary -œpass/fail- criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act".
Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorship, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA 5183 and subject to Commonwealth Act 138.
Interested bidders may obtain further information from the City Government of Tagbilaran at the address given below during 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday to Friday only except holidays.
A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders on June 17 - July 9, 2020 from the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of P10, 000.00
It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Procuring Entity (www.tagbilaran.gov.ph), provided that Bidders shall pay the non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents not later that the submission of their bids.
The City Government of Tagbilaran will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on June 25, 2020, 2:00 P.M. at the City Budget Conference Room, City Budget Office, Tagbilaran City Hall, Tagbilaran City, which shall be open to all interested parties.
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before July 9, 2020 at 1:30 PM. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18.
Bid Opening shall be on July 9, 2020, 2:00 PM at the City Budget Conference Room, City Budget Office, Tagbilaran City Hall, Tagbilaran City, Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders- representatives who choose to attend. Late bids shall not be accepted.
The City Government of Tagbilaran reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected suppliers.
