Tenders are invited for Hydro-Agricultural Development Work of the Mare De Moukidjigue in the Labé Region.

1 Consistency of work General work

Installation and retreat: It consists of the installation of construction shacks, the supply and installation of construction site signs, the bringing in and removal of equipment, the implementation of and compliance with HSSE measures, the implementation of environmental and health protection measures, particularly against COVID 19, the development of implementation plans and recovery plans as well as the training of beneficiaries.

Civil Engineering Works

This work concerns the following works:

? the construction of four (04) irrigation units consisting of boreholes, reinforced concrete polytank supports, water tanks in ferroconcrete;
? the construction of four (04) reinforced concrete pedestrian crossings ;
? the construction of a chain-link fence;
? Channel rehabilitation
The duration of the workis eight (08) months.



2 Special Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Additional Information

UNOPS invites companies that can provide services in the above category to submit their technical and financial bids. To be considered as potential suppliers, interested companies must submit their bids

accompanied by the appendices listedin the Tender Documents (RFP).

Site visits: There are no plans for a collective site visit, but it is recommended that all bidders makethe necessary arrangements to make the reconnaissance of the thesesites.

Mandatory Explanation Meeting: A mandatory explanatory meeting will be held online on the date of March 19, 2024 from 10:00 GMT. The link to the meeting will be shared with all bidders who have expressed interest through the UNGM platform.
