Expression of Interest are invited for Hospitality Operational Management Consultancy Services for the Private Sector of Tajikistan.
Description: The consultancy services should be benefited by the private sector companies/entrepreneurs operating as:
Hotels
Hostels
Campgrounds
Sanatoriums, and resorts
Under the current assignment, the consultant will review shortlisted candidates to familiarize themselves with them and to develop a methodology and timeline for approaching the work. A comprehensive needs assessment will be conducted in order to define key needs and gaps to address accordingly. Final reports with defined needs and gaps, as well as proposed recommendations for improvement as an action plan, will be developed and delivered. The assignment will consist of the following milestone tasks:
