Tender Details

Prequalifications are invited for Hiring of Mobile Cranes with Operators & Riggers Crane Capacity for Regular Supply (Tons): 100, 55, 50 and 30. Crane Capacity for Call-off Supply (Tons): 250, 200, 150, 100, 80, 50, 30 & 20.

Brief Description of Service:

Qatar Steel intends to select a list of competent Contractors, to be invited for the "Tender for Hiring of Mobile Cranes with operators & Riggers" on Long Term Basis for a Period of 3 (Three) Years to 5 (five) years. The scope of work requires Contractor to deploy in Qatar Steel's plant premises at Mesaieed, Cranes of different capacity with operators and/or Riggers on full time basis to perform different works as instructed by Qatar Steel and also supply cranes with operators on call-off basis. The Cranes will be operated on 24 hours /12 hours basis as per job requirement. Maintenance and repair of the Cranes shall be Contractor's responsibility.

Prerequisite for Companies to confirm interest to participate in the prequalification process:

1. Interested companies should have minimum 5 years experience in hiring out cranes.

2. Should have an established corporate and work related HSE policy and procedure, professionally qualified HSE team and an experienced, skilled and certified workforce.

3. Well equipped workshop facilities

4. Should have executed similar major contracts.
