The purpose of the contract is, on the one hand, the carrying out of health checks to be carried out on foodstuffs, surfaces, air, water and sand and, on the other hand, the implementation of hygiene audits in the kitchens and cafeterias of the buildings managed by the European institutions in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Lot 1 - Implementation of health controls on foodstuffs, surfaces and air Post I: - verification, on the basis of an established control program, of the quality food safety. Post II: - additional checks possibly to be carried out. Post III: - technical assistance to be provided to institutions; - telephone support; - assistance requiring on-site presence. Lot 2 - Implementation implements health controls on water and sand Post I: - verification, on the basis of an established control program, of the sanitary quality of water. Post II: - additional checks possibly to be carried out. Post III: - technical assistance to provide institutions with: - telephone assistance, - assistance requiring on-site presence.
