Tenders are requested for the above contract which involves the Service and Maintenance of the Hastings District Council-s onsite wastewater treatment systems to ensure Council meets the Hawkes Bay Regional Council Resource Consent Requirements. Respondents who are unable to meet all the following pre-conditions should conclude that they will not benefit from submitting Response. 1. SiteWise Green or Higher - respondent must be able to provide evidence. 2. The Contractor must be able to provide evidence of insurance to the following values: a. Contractor arranged Plant Insurance - The contractor shall insure each item of plant on the site having a current market value of more than $50, 000. b. Contractor arranged Public Liability Insurance - $2, 000, 000 (such public liability insurance may include sub limits: · For liability under the Fire and Emergency New Zealand Act 2017, of not less than $500, 000). c. Motor Vehicle Third Party Liability Insurance - $2, 000, 000. Note: Proof of insurance will be requested from the Successful Contractor at the time of Award of the contract. 3.
