The subject of the order is the provision of operation, service and support of individual SW products and HW products (hereinafter referred to as "Devices"), as well as the provision of services and the provision of continuous service readiness.

The subject of the order is the Provider's obligation to provide the following services to the Customer:

a)Hardware and software support services Equipment in data centers of the public contracting authority

b) Technical support services

c) Helpdesk support services

d) Extended services
