Tender Details

The object of the procurement is the security systems of the properties and outdoor areas of the city of Jyvaeskylae, divided into two sub-areas:

Sub-area 1: Systems and support and maintenance solutions to be acquired as an investment or service, and

Sub-area 2: Camera surveillance systems or the purchase of its part as a total servicena or as a service.

Systems and support and maintenance solutions acquired as an investment or as a service include:

1. access control systems

2. crime reporting systems

3. fire detection or fire alarm systems

4. personal security systems (optional to provide and used by the subscriber)

as well

5. houseflying camera surveillance systems as an investment

The purchase of a camera surveillance system or part of it as a complete service or as a service includes:

1. recording camera surveillance systems

A framework arrangement will be established for both areas, which will be valid for four (4) years ending on December 31, 2028.

Sub-areaFor section one (1), the three (3) most economically advantageous bidders will be selected.

For sub-area two (2), one (1) most economically advantageous bidder will be selected.

The targets are the new construction and renovation projects of the city of Jyvaeskylae, as well as security system changes for existing propertiest, new security system installations, maintenance, servicing and supplementary purchases. Security systems mean the following systems:

1. access control systems

2. crime reporting systems

3. fire detection or fire alarm systems
