Tender Details

Hailuoto is the largest island in the Bothnian Bay. The 25 -minute ferry connection between Riutunkari and Hailuoto Huiku in Oulu connects the island to the mainland. A fixed road connection will be built in Hailuoto between the Oulu Riutunkari and Hailuoto Huiku between 2024 and 2026. The fixed connection will be replaced by the current ferry connection. The fixed connection is about 8.4 km long, which includes the length of the embankment and the long bridges of the hint and the rude. The Hailuoto Fixed Connection Alliance project has received a water permit in January 2024 and obliges to carry out environmental monitoring according to a separate plan. The monitoring plan has been prepared by the subscriber. The Fairway Agency will request your offer for environmental monitoring of bird monitoring for construction time 2024-2026 and as an option for 2027-2029.
