Mandatory documents to be attached:
Request for Quotation Form(s) for one or more categories to be filled in USD (VAT to be indicated in LBP at the exchange rate 1500), stamped and signed by the legal representative;
A copy of the VAT Number and a copy of the Registration Number. The copy must be stamped and signed in original by the company legal representative;
ID of company's legal representative.
EVALUATION CRITERIA:
Quality: Items quality should be in line with the specifications mentioned in the Request for Quotation Form;
Price: Items price should be in line with market prices including packing, uploading, offloading transporting to distribution Points (best value for money);
Delivery timing: quickest delivery capacity (ARCS will not accept offers with delivery after 31 December 2022).
ARCS will only accept bank transfer (in USD) as payment modality (VAT to be paid in LBP at 1500 exchange rate).
