Tender Details

The object of the procurement is weight training and aerobic equipment for the Mäntsälä municipality's multipurpose hall. The equipment to be renewed includes 14 weight training equipment, two (2) aerobic equipment and maintenance services for the equipment, including annual maintenance and separately ordered maintenance or repairs. One supplier will be selected for equipment deliveries and maintenance services. The equipment delivery date will be August 2026. At least 70% of the equipment to be renewed must be delivered and in working condition installed in weeks 34-35 by August 17, 2026 at the earliest and August 26, 2026 at the latest. Any subsequent deliveries must be delivered and installed in working condition by 16 October 2026. The gym equipment that is no longer in use must be accepted in exchange. The equipment that will be retired must be dismantled and picked up in week 31 between July 27 and 30, 2026. It is possible to visit the gym and equipment that will be retired during the offer period on Tuesday, April 14, 2026 from 2 to 3 p.m. and on Friday, April 17, 2026 at 9-10 at Urheilutie 4, 04600 Mäntsälä. The final amount of equipment to be procured is conditional on the adequacy of the allocated funds for the procurement and can change from the estimate given in the request for tender and its appendices.
