WOV/OND/D411/2025/2 - 1 The aim of the assignment is to ensure the passability and safety of road users along the motorway and the service roads of the E34 and its appurtenances in the province of East Flanders by implementing maintenance and repair work on the existing green heritage and the performance of periodic cleanliness maintenance. The works mainly include: • carrying out management and maintenance work on the existing grass verges and plants (mowing roadsides, shearing hedges, maintenance of planting areas, etc.); • pruning and felling line trees along the service roads; • picking up and removing litter; • carrying out cleanliness maintenance work on road surfaces and cycle paths (sweeping pavements, cleaning traffic islands and elevated paved areas); • cleaning street gullies, aqua drains and research wells; • periodically cleaning rest area furniture and waste bins; • clearing ditches; • It profiling roadsides by excavating; • repairing damage to the green heritage (after accidents) and regarding cleanliness maintenance (illicit dumping, etc.); • carrying out management works (e.g. after storm damage, etc.) insofar as these works are not possible are reimbursed according to the other items in the inventory and are not a contract burden; • installing, maintaining and removing all regulatory site signaling required for the implementation of...
