"Granting a long-term bank loan to the Commune of Ostrów Wielkopolski", Commune of Ostrów Wielkopolski, province. Greater Poland Voivodeship The subject of the order is to grant a long-term bank loan in the amount of PLN 14, 178, 000.00 to cover previously incurred liabilities and financing the planned deficit of the Commune. Repayment period for capital installments of the loan: December 2026. - December 2041 The interest repayment period will be in the years 2026-2041. The bank will make the loan available to the Ordering Party immediately after concluding the contract, however, no later than December 30, 2026. Planned date of conclusion of the contract: October 2026. The Ordering Party does not provide for the possibility of repaying loan installments in foreign currencies. All calculations between the Contractor and the Ordering Party will be made in Polish zlotys (PLN). A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
