Description
The prospective contractor shall manufacture and deliver to NSWC-IHEODTD a fully functional GPS Satellite Simulator Spirent Federal Systems Inc. Product No. SF9000-101, GSS9000 Series, GNSS Simulator brand or equivalent consisting of a controller, with SimGEN operating software, and a signal generator with 1 RF output providing 16 channels of GPS L1 and 16 channels of GPS L2 signals. The simulator shall be backward compatible with legacy GPS Satellite simulation capabilities to support current C/A, P, Y-Code, SAASM and associated key management as described in Section 4.0 of the Statement of Work (SOW). The simulator shall provide M-Code capability as described in Section 4.0.
