Synopsis: The Naval Surface Warfare Center Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division, Indian Head, Maryland (NSWC IHEODTD) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FF0) contract for a Global Positioning System (GPS) Satellite Simulator which allows testing of both the performance and the security features of the Military GPS User Equipment (MGUE) in the unit under test. The contractor shall manufacture and deliver to NSWC-IHEODTD a fully functional GPS Satellite Simulator Spirent Federal Systems Inc. Product No. SF9000-101, GSS9000 Series, GNSS Simulator brand or equivalent consisting of a controller, with SimGEN operating software, and a signal generator with 1 RF output providing 16 channels of GPS L1 and 16 channels of GPS L2 signals. The simulator shall be backward compatible with legacy GPS Satellite simulation capabilities to support current C/A, P, Y-Code, SAASM and associated key management as described in Section 4.0 of the Statement of Work (SOW). The simulator shall provide M-Code capability as described in Section 4.0 of the Statement of Work (SOW). The NAICS code is 334511. The Size Standard is 1, 250 employees. The FSC code is 5998.
