INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT GOODS 2025-090 (NP) Supply and Delivery of Customized Loyalty Rings, Catbalogan City
The City Government of Catbalogan, through the CY 2025 CHRMO FUND, intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Fifteen Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (₱515, 600.00) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) with a contract duration within Fifteen (15) days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed under Section 53.9 of RA 9184 Goods 2025-090 (NP) Supply and Delivery of Personalized Loyalty Rings. Partial bids are not allowed and Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
