The City Government of Catbalogan, through the CY 2025 City Mayors Office General Fund, intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thirty- Six Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Pesos (₱336, 750.00) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) with a contract duration within Three (3) from the receipt of Notice to Proceed under Section 53.9 of RA 9184 Goods 2025-058 (NP) Supply and Delivery of Various Garments and ID Lace and Jacket. Partial bids are not allowed and Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
