Bidders must submit a renewed business license, business registration certificate, tax payer identification number (TIN), proof of payment of current taxes, Value Added Tax Certificate, and other relevant documents. The bid will remain open for 7 consecutive days, from October 26, 2018, to November 4, 2018, and will close at 4:00 AM on November 4, 2018. Bidders must deposit 2% of the total bid price as Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) and submit their bid proposal in two separate sealed envelopes. The delivery time for the edible oil is within 10 consecutive working days from the date of contract.
