Global Broadcast Service (GBS) provides worldwide continuous, one-way, high-speed information flow over Wideband Global SATCOM (WGS) military KA-band satellites to efficiently disseminate information products to deployed and in-garrison forces.
The United States Space Force (USSF), Space Systems Command (SSC), Contracting Directorate (SSC/PKL), on behalf of Combat Forces Command (CFC), Mission Delta 8 (MD8), 8th Sustainment Squadron (8STS), is seeking a single source to deliver software engineering changes and complex or unscheduled software maintenance/enhancements to the Global Broadcast Service (GBS) Satellite Broadcast Managers (SBMs) and Receive Broadcast Managers (RBMs). The Government intends to award a contract for a base period of six months with four one-year options. If all options are exercised, the Government estimates the period of performance will be from April 2027 through September 2031.
Requirements: The requirements are defined in the attached draft performance work statement (PWS). Please note that this is not the final version of the PWS and changes may be made prior to the Government releasing a request for proposal (RFP).
