The HUS group is requesting offers for eyeglass lenses and frames, light filters, contact lenses, sunglasses, as well as special and additional work on lenses to be handed out through specialized medical care. The acquisition includes the following product groups/areas: 1. Other special lenses 2. Selective filter lenses 3. Sunglasses lenses with polarization 4. Special frames, filter glass frames, can be lensed 5. Other contact lenses 6. Scleral contact lenses The products are described in more detail in the attachments of the request for tender 2.1.-2.2. (Price and product forms). Note, the above attachments contain several tabs. The procurement is divided into six (6) sub-areas according to the product groups mentioned above. The tenderer can bid for one or more areas of procurement. All sub-area mandatory products must be offered. As an exception, product group/section 5, which is still internally divided into parts, and therefore sub-offers within section 5 are allowed. The basis for selection is overall economic affordability in all parts of the procurement, the cheapest offer in terms of price. In each part of the procurement, the procurement unit selects the two bidders who gave the lowest price reference price as contract suppliers. The goal is to use the competition to get safe products in the selections. The goal is also that product delivery reliability is good and products are available when they are needed.
