Geospatial diagnostic service Framework agreement for the provision of geospatial and ecological diagnostic services required for the issuance of a green space certificate. Geospatial information required for the issuance of a framework agreement green area certificate and to provide ecological diagnostic services. The service provider's task is to provide the full range of geospatial, ecological and green infrastructure diagnostic services required for the issuance of the green space certificate. The purpose of the service is so authentic, production of a reproducible and auditable database, GIS file and professional documentation, which is suitable for the preparation of the green area certificate. The task includes, in particular, a detailed description in the technical description: - the investigated area GIS survey (field data collection must always include drone data collection), - examination of the state and structure of green infrastructure, - determination of ecological performance, - evaluation of biological activity, - the the calculation of green area indicators, - the creation of the necessary digital spatial databases, - the preparation of the background documentation required for the certificate.
