Green area certificate diagnostic service: The purpose of the green area certificate is to objectively measure and verify the green infrastructure provision and ecological performance of plots and properties. The diagnostic service is therefore essential for the current state to be objective and for its authentic assessment, which is the basis for issuing the certificate. Applied technical standards and requirements: - GNSS RTK accuracy (2-5 cm): provision of on-site georeferencing; - Photogrammetric and LIDAR accuracy: 2-5 cm (drone), 2-5 mm (laser scanner); - Digital processing: point cloud (.las/.e57), orthophoto (.tiff), 3D model (.obj/.stl), contour relief (.dwg/.shp); - Geospatial analysis in QGIS, GlobalMapper, ArcMap environments; - Biological activity value (BAE) and green volume calculation in accordance with the parameters of the regulation; Quality expectations: - Comprehensive data collection: related to soil green areas, tree population, biodiversity, invasive species, green volume, green asset value; - On-site inspection with photo documentation; - Certificate that meets the content and form requirements according to legislation; Environmental protection and safety regulations: - Operating and flight permits (NMHH, aviation authority, military remote sensing license); - Risk-free expert opinion of the Office for the Protection of the Constitution; The process of the diagnostic service: (1) Preparation: - Recording the basic data of the area to be examined, its topographical number, and the client's requirements; - Aviation and data protection permits inspector...
