Additional Requirements
Offered space must be contiguous without being split by a public corridor.
In a multi-tenant building, contiguous space can be stacked on no more than two (2) floors.
In a single tenant building, contiguous space can be stacked and there are no restrictions on the number of floors.
Building must accommodate antennas or satellite dishes on the roof.
A freight elevator is required if the space, or a portion of the space, is above the first floor.
Approximately 3, 500 ABOA SF of conditioned warehouse space for vehicle storage to include:
Roll-up door with at-grade entry.
Ceiling height in the warehouse must be a minimum of 28 feet clear.
Building must have exclusive access on occasion to a loading dock and sallyport that can accommodate deliveries on pallets and discreet transportation of detainees.
