Tender are invited for general restoration and interior enhancement of the african museum
object of the contract : general restoration and interior enhancement of the african museum place of execution of work, delivery of supplies or provision of services: african museum, napoleon street 17123 ile d'aix possibility to submit an offer for: one or more lots lot information: lot n2: carpentry - cover revised framing, rockwool insulation, partial restoration of roofinghollow tiles, flashing and lime rendering, complement of tiles at the location of roof frames, replacement of gutters and downspouts in copper. Lot n3: joinery demolition of wooden ceiling and restitution of steps in okoume plywood or similar, revision of all the wooden claddings, installation of cylinders on dioramas doors, installation wood frame around the glassworks, installation of a new door, revision of the windows, doors, contrevents, gate and gate, window replacement, laying of louvered screens in painted wood with access door for heating room. Lot n4: metalwork installation of handrails, restoration of glass roofs (metal frames identical to the existing, glass opal translucent sheet), restoration of the protection grilles of exterior joinery, replacement of fixed external metal chassis. Lot n6: heating - plumbingie removal and internal cleaning of radiators, revision of existing power supplies, emptying and removal of the fuel tank in demolition, supply and installation of 4 heat pumps and connection with existing installations. Lot n7: electricity strong and weak currents replacement of luminaires, installation of a fire detection system, video surveillance, alarm, cable crossing or trenching. Main features : it's aboutrestoration and interior enhancement of the african museum on the ile d'aix (17), a museum created in the 1930s in a building class historical monument. Planned works include the restoration of the stepped ceilings in okoume plywood (or similar), the metal glass, the lighting renovation, the revision of the frames and roofs, the restoration of the exterior cladding and joinery, the creation of a ramp for pmr, the renovationheating system (replacement of a fuel tank with 4 heat pumps), installation of a fire detection, video surveillance and alarm system.
