lot n1:
scaffolding - masonry - freestone
construction facilities, shop window protection and dioramas, waterproof protection between the two tunnels, scaffolding, realization reservations in the concrete floor, realization of a wax concrete screed, cleaning and raking of interior masonry in ba, cleaning and restoration of plaster outside the lime, widening door of the museum, realization of a ramp for handicapped persons, trenches in garden for networks, realization of a disabled concrete alley.

structural revision, isolarockwool, partial restoration of hollow tile roofing, flashing and lime rendering, complement of roof tile, replacement of gutters and copper rainwater runoff.

joinery
demolition ceiling wood and restitution ceilings in okoume plywood or similar, revision of all the wood siding, laying of cylinders on doors dioramas, laying wood frame around the glassesres, installation of a new door, overhaul of windows, doors, shutters, gate and gate, window replacement, laying of louvered screens in painted wood with access door for heating room.

main features :
this is the restoration and interior enhancement of the african museum on the ile d'aix (17), a museum created in the 1930s in a historic building monument. The planned works include in particular therestoration of stepped ceilings in okoume plywood (or similar), metal glazing, lighting renovation, revision of frames and roofing, restoration of exterior cladding and joinery, creation of access ramp for pmr, the renovation of the heating system (replacement of a fuel tank by 4 heat pumps), the installation of a fire detection system, video surveillance and alarm.
