Name of the tender: General Insurance of the University of Talca.

Description: The purpose of this tender is to contract the provision of the General Insurance service of the University of Talca, which allows the insurance of all physical assets owned by the Corporation, understood asomotals; Buildings, Contents, Facilities, Equipment, Urbanizations, Pipelines, Equipment, Tools, Supplies, Vehicles and works of art, in which the University has an insurable interest. It will be understood that the Corporation has an insurable interest in all those physical assets onof which I legally have rights, obligations or responsibilities, in respect of which the insured intends the non-realization of the risk, without prejudice to the provisions of article 589 of the Commercial Code. The contract that is concluded will be a lump sum without readjustment of any specifications.ie.
