Gastronomy on Campus A-C Gastronomy Campus D, Holzweid Further Education Center (WBZ) Operation of the catering offer at the University of St.Gallen (HSG). The guests consist of students, employees, participants in seminars and further training courses as well Visitors. The catering offering includes canteens, restaurants, cafeterias, coffee bars, self-checkout outlets, food vending machines and catering for events. This call for tenders contains two lots: * Lot 1 - Campus A-C * Lot 2 - Campus D, continuing education center Holzweid (WBZ) This order covers the operation of the catering offer on campus parts A-C of the University of St.Gallen (HSG) with operations starting on August 1st, 2027. This includes a large canteen with a cafeteria, a smaller canteen, two to three Coffee bars, two to three self-checkout outlets, food vending machines and catering for events.
