Package No. 1 Package No. 2 Package No. 3 The subject of the order is the supply of furniture for the Hospital for the Nervous and Mentally Ill. St. Kryzana in Starogard Gdański. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. Pursuant to Art. 139 of the Public Procurement Law The Ordering Party envisages a reverse order of evaluation of the offers, i.e. it may first examine and evaluate the offers, and then subjectively qualify the contractor whose offer was rated the highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and compliance with conditions for participation in the proceedings. 12.6.
