Furniture Innlandet County Council invites you to participate in a competition for the delivery of office and school furniture to all our locations (ref. location overview). Both new and used furniture must be delivered. All the furniture offered must be suitable for use in public environment aimed at school and teaching buildings and office buildings and have an expected lifespan of 15-20 years. The furniture must be of quality that is in accordance with the use that the purpose of the acquisition indicates. The furniture must have a design, weight and choice of materials that facilitates efficient and good cleaning. The furniture must fulfill intentions of universal design in terms of concrete functions and design aspects such as design, material handling and colouring. All mechanical equipment must be of solid construction and withstand intended use and frequency of use. It is important that the supplier has good solutions and future plans to assist the county council in facilitating a good user experience and a more efficient ordering process. This also applies to repairs outside of warranty to minimize the harmful effects of being without furniture. The client wants to contribute to solving the major social challenges we face both regionally, nationally and internationally in health, climate and the environment.
