Framework contract for soil studies Gasgrid Finland Oy is a state-owned company that acts as system responsible natural gas transmission network operator in Finland. The company offers safe, reliable and cost-effective gas transmission and actively develops and customer-oriented transmission platform, service offering and gas market to promote a future carbon-neutral energy system. Gasgrid Vetyverkot Oy is a subsidiary of Gasgrid Finland Oy, established in 2022, whose mission is to promote Gasgrid's role as a developer of the hydrogen economy. The aforementioned together will be referred to in the future by the definition ("Procurement Unit" or "Gasgrid"). The subject of this acquisition are the soil studies produced for Gasgrid ("Services"). In this procurement, the Procurement Unit is seeking five (5) framework contract supplier to be responsible for producing soil studies, e.g.: - on pipeline routes - in different types of underpasses (railways, highways, roads, etc.) - in different types of waterways (lakes, rivers, riverbeds, etc.), including rivers offshore type surveys - at different types of stations (valve stations, compressor stations, pressure reduction and measurement stations, etc.) - Soil sampling and analysis services - Analysis and documentation of results The scope of the service is described in more detail in the procurement documentation and will be specified as the procurement procedure progresses.
