Framework contract for light first response vehicles The subject of the contract consists of an offer with a validity of 9 months, for a framework contract lasting 5 years allowing the acquisition of a maximum of 10 fire engines for the first interventions. The vehicles have a superstructure at the rear, allowing the loading of material. The vehicles are equipped with an on-board fire pump, independent of the vehicle engine and having the possibility of being used in the vehicle as well as outside the vehicle, autonomously. They will allow rapid and secure interventions from the start of the intervention until the arrival of heavy equipment. The vehicles will have the task of intervening in places impacted by fires and rescues. The vehicles must allow rapid deployment and must have a total weight of maximum 3.5 tonnes in order to be driven with a B license.
