Tender Details

The city of Helsinki's urban environment department commissions cost accounting expert tasks. The assignments are mainly for public buildings owned by the city of Helsinki managed by the urban environment department (e.g. social and health services, education and training, culturalrecreation, sports and youth activity buildings as well as office and commercial buildings) renovation and new construction projects.

The contract supplier calculates separately the costs for the building, yard and parking and other necessary separate costs for the project according to the customer's instructionsto the doors.

Cost estimates must be prepared using commonly used cost accounting software, where it will be possible for the customer to use them later.

The procurement is implemented as a framework agreement, which is divided into two sub-areas as follows:

1: The southern and central part of the city of Helsinkinot large district buildings or SR buildings or buildings with an extent of more than 4000 brm2. The building belongs to subdivision 1 when at least one of the above-mentioned conditions must be met.

2: Buildings not included in subdivision 1 (up to 4000 brm2)

The bidder can submit a bid in one or both subdivisionsto fathers.
