The subject of the contract concerns the supply of the following goods:

Reference P7899-lot 1: Framework agreement for the supply of Technetium-99M generator

Reference P7900-lot 2: Framework agreement for the supply of non-radioactive labeling kits (cold kits ) consumer goods

Reference P7901-lot 3: Framework agreement for the supply of ready-to-use radiopharmaceuticals

However, the Contracting Authority also reserves the right not to award the contract.

Framework agreement for the supply of Technetium-99M generator

The purchase will be made entirely from the most economically advantageonly tenderer (first in ranking) for Sint-Trudo Ziekenhuis VZW.

For the other entities, the purchase for this plot will take place from the 2 economically most advantageous tenderers.

60% of the volume will be purchased (based on activity; number of GBq and yield at Tc99m on the first morning) vto the tenderer who achieves the highest total score on the award criteria, 40% of the volume to the tenderer who achieves the second highest score.

The collection will take place entirely at the EConomically most advantageous tenderer (first in ranking).
