It is subject to the provisions of article 27 of decree 2016-360 of 25 march 2016.this is a framework agreement with maximum, passed with a single economic operator pursuant to articles 78, 79 and 80 of the decree 2016-360 of 25 march 2016. The purchase orders will be notified by the contracting authority as and when required. The framework agreement takes effect from the date of notification for a firm period ofone year (12 months). It is then tacitly renewable to the same clauses, charges and conditions, for a period of 12 months from the due date: "anniversary date" corresponding to the date of notification, subject to the application of the various cases of termination laid down in the law and in this framework agreement, without however being able to exceed a total period of four years.
