Framework agreement on the provision of publicly available electronic communications services for 48 months The subject of this public contract is the provision of electronic communications services including: • providing a fixed data connection to the client's sites using MPLS VPN L3 technology, • ensuring server hosting connection to the Internet, • providing server hosting (rackhostig), • provision of fixed voice services (VoIP service) including Call Center services, •support of Fortinet equipment, rental of an external firewall fortigate, • additional and related services. A more detailed specification of the subject of the public contract is given in Annex No. 1 of the Framework Agreement. The above-mentioned annex has the following annexes as subordinates: •Z1 - Table of data connections (types of lines) and types and number of telephone lines devices for individual locations (hereinafter also referred to as "Z1"), (the part will be completed by the participant in the selection procedure) •Z2 - Table of assigned telephone numbers (numbering plan) (hereinafter also referred to as "Z2") •Z3 - Service offer (hereinafter also referred to as "Z3"), (the part will be completed by the participant of the tender management) •Z4 - Site Survey Contacts (also known as "Z4" for longer) •Z5 - Authorized persons The subject of this public contract is the provision of electronic communications services including: • providing a fixed data connection of the client's locations using technology MPLS VPN L3, • ensuring server hosting connection to the Internet, • providing server hosting (rackhostig), • provision of fixed voice services (VoIP service) including Call Center services, •support for Forti...
