This assignment concerns the supply, installation and configuration of a wireless monitoring system for gas, water and electricity meters in the buildings of Zorgband Leie and Schelde. The system must be suitable for reading different types meters (as specified in the technical provisions) and integration with ERP environments. The client wishes to start the assignment in the short term with the rollout of the monitoring system, taking into account: • the need for reinforced budget follow-up within Zorgband Leie en Schelde • internal deadlines linked to ESG reporting • investments planned in the short term based on ESG objectives based on the energy consumption to be measured • avoiding water leaks • reporting of (renewable) energy use and production in relation to EPC-NR • avoiding increased energy consumption in winter • avoiding reduced yield from active solar panel installations In the first phase, only the main buildings on the various sites will be provided with monitoring and, at a later stage, optionally the services housed in these buildings.
